MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the transitional housing grant is to provide an individual or family with a temporary place to stay in the meantime, as we rebuild and let them thrive into finding permanent housing and inclusion back into the society.
The goal is to get people off the streets and into a safe, stable environment.
Targeted Community:
• Children's families
• Individuals leaving care systems (for example, prisons, drug abuse treatment institutions, and mental health facilities)
• Those escaping domestic violence
• People in rehabilitation from drug addiction
• Women who are pregnant
